A brand new book 'How to Become an Ecological Consultant' by Acorn's own Senior Ecologist, Susan M Searle, BSc, MIEEM, is soon to be published.

With constant changes in wildlife law in the UK, professional ecologists are becoming increasingly in demand. 

This fantastic book is to be a one-stop guide explaining how to get the skills, knowledge and experience you need for a job in Ecological Consultancy in the UK. It also shares ideas on how to prepare yourself for that first job as a trainee ecological consultant and gives you an insight into the world of a consultant ecologist.
