Professional Development Courses
We run a range of Professional Development Courses which are aimed at practising and aspiring ecologists and conservationists. Our introductory courses are designed for people wanting to enter ecological consultancy as a career and they particularly concentrate on getting the practical skills needed for field work and preparing reports. Topics covered include: phase 1 habitat surveys; site assessment and report writing; as well as ecology and surveying for protected species such as bats, badgers and great crested newts.
Our advanced courses are taught by specialists and cover topics such as species mitigation and bat sound analysis.

Interpretation
Our ecological consultants and designers carry out work on wildlife signs, wildlife leaflets, leaflet design, education packs, nature trails and wildlife illustrations. Not only can we design and produce these, but we can also prepare site specific text and provide images from our extensive photo and illustration library - a one stop shop!
Environmental Education
Environmental Education such as school visits, university and adult education courses, guided walks and illustrated talks, all tailored to your needs and provided by our ecological consultants. Our team of ecological consultants and ecologists will do their best to raise awareness of the environment to the greatest number of people possible.
An extensive Photographic Library and Shop
We have an extensive Photographic Library of digital images and transparencies of UK and European species and habitats. We have a comprehensive book shop with personally selected titles for ecologists and a card shop selling wildlife greetings cards.
