Sue Searle, MD of Acorn Ecology Ltd, won a regional National Training Award at a ceremony in Bristol on 15th October 2009. Judges deemed her an inspiring example of achievement and success through personal development and training. Her journey from nurse and midwife to ecologist and successful business woman, who now trains others to become ecologists, impressed the judges.

Sue says "I am extremely proud to be presented with this award and it will provide the impetus to continue my work to help others develop their careers as well as developing my staff and my business."
